Members of the Pyrography Group recently entered the Pyrography Competition at the Dandenong Show, which was run by the Dandenong Agricultural & Pastoral Society.

First Prize went to U3A member Ross for his “Steam Train” that featured a lot of line work and shading. He also received a Commendation for his piece showing a comical barber shop scene.

Second Prize went to U3A member Terese for her “Dragonfly” which featured line work and shading. She also received a Highly Commended for her “Wild Cat” piece that featured line work, shading and colour.

Other members of the group who entered their work were Daphne and Karen.
